Those of you on her email distribution list got this email, but I thought I would add it here for those who haven't gotten it.
I have no idea what this really means... they are "working on alternatives"? Does this mean that they're going to replace it with something else? Feel free to give her a call for clarification.
Also, I noticed that there is now at least one bright light on the top of the building with the solar panels. It seems to be on night an day. Heidi told me she is investigating.
