Enclosed is a package of materials that should be used to assess the status of the IAP Concept Plan to date.

Please review these materials in advance of the UCAC Meeting on August 15th.

The contents of this package will be discussed at the UCAC Meeting on August 15th.

• Potential Map Changes based on Community Comments Please refer to the Concept Plan diagrams when reviewing the IAP Admin Draft Concept Plan. Four diagrams were sent to you two weeks ago, including the Concept Plan Map and 4 Special Interest Areas Maps).

Desired Outcome of UCAC Meeting:

The purpose of the UCAC Meeting on August 15th is to gain general agreement on the components and recommendations of the 2005 IAP Concept Plan.

Process for PMT/UCAC Decision-Making

The process to reach closure on the IAP Concept Plan is as follows:

1. Review the proposed IAP Concept Plan.
2. Compare the IAP Concept Plan to the 1985 Parkway Plan and note changes.
3. Review the community meeting comments.
4. Gauge your level of agreement to the plan components and recommendations using the level of agreement chart outlined below:

_ I'm in agreement with this direction
_ I'm basically in agreement with this direction with some modifications
_ I'm neutral with this direction; I will not block the direction
_ I'm not in agreement with this direction
