If you're not aware of it, there's a free service called Scanusa.com, which will send you alerts about several different kinds of issues that are important to our community. One type of alert is about LOCAL sexual preditors known to be in our area.
For example, I just got the following:

All of them can be viewed without registering your email at http://www.scanusa.com. Currently, there are 37 known sexual predators in the 95662 area code alone!
