Flyers distributed to neighborhood

Here's the latest...

Catherine and I distributed approximately 30 flyers to the homes on the bluff side of Mississippi Bar a couple of nights ago. Juan and I distributed another 50 last night, and Juan is going to finish the job as soon as he is able. If you know someone who does not live on Mississippi Bar who would like a copy, please let me know.

I also got a call from Daniel in Congressman Doolittle's office in Granite Bay. She is the person who will be investigating the situation with the Western Area Power Administration power pole... why it was put up without our community having a voice, and why it was put up the way it was -- without paint and without any mitigation.

I strongly urge you to give her a call and voice your opinion! She can be reached at 786-5560. I think they should tear it down, but they certainly need to mitigate the visual impact, and they should never even contemplate doing something like this again!
